3.Perforation, Rewinding & Glue-spraying Unit:
1.Perforation Gap:100-150mm
2.Rewinding Diameter:70 -200mm Adjustable(Core can be drawn out)
3.Two knife fix the perforation socket, which is easier to exchange the model,
there is three pieces rotating blades, while 6 pieces bottom blade; 4.Embossment:embossment pattern should be confirmed by two sides ;
5.It can produce the products with no-embossment;
6.Straight glue-spraying which can automatically cut off the paper at the meanwhile.
4. Jumbo Roll Section
1.Two jumbo roll shaft can bear 1-1.5 t jumbo roll without going bend, which can guarantee the parallel of the paper core;
2.To produce single ply jumbo roll while two rolls can be complex, the jumbo roll can move, while the location of jumbo roll can be adjustable;
3.There are two sets of tension adjusting roller, which can adjust the tension of jumbo roll automatically;
4.Jumbo roll is moving up and down by air pneumatic unit;
5.2-4 Jumbo Roll Layers:Each jumbo roll holding bracket use two pieces of flat belt with the width above 200MM and thickness no less than 3mm.
6.There is pressure increasing through air cylinder on the jumbo roll releasing bracket, the air pipe on the whole machine can’t be lower than Φ10MM,while the main air pipe can’t be lower than Φ12MM.
7.The pressure is adjustable on all pneumatic parts;
5. Embossment Unit;
1.Steel to rubber (or wood roller); (steel roller is conducted by erosion treatment, while the rubber roller is heat-resistant, wearable and durable in use);
2.If customer request steel to steel roller, customer should order specifically;
3.The two rollers can be separated and released from the driving power of main machine to produce the products without embossment;
4.Steel roller surface is under chromate treatment while the embossment is clear and the gap on embossment roller can be adjustable.
6. Driving System Unit on Whole Machine:
1.Driving system is made by chain wheel and the flat belt;
2.Use the tension wheel to adjust the tension of belt;
3.There is one tension adjustment for the width of jumbo roll;
4.Embossment roller and the knife roller all use the Japan(NSK) bearing,the remaining on other parts can be famous brand.
7. Electric Parts Control:
1.Operation face panel is Chinese version touching screener;
2.Breakdown indicating lamp (running, alarm for starting or breakdown);
3.Use the frequency converter to control the main motor;
4.Whole machine is adopting with PLC control, all the operation buttons for the whole machine is under 24V safety voltage, control components are all adopting with import electric parts;
5.There is function to stop machine when paper breaks.
8. Products Quality Requirement & Machine Inspection Request:
1.There is no wrinkle and no breaking holes on rewinding products;
2.Rewinding diameter should reach to the designated quantity;
3.Slitting length can be made by order, the slitting is straight with no slanting;
4.Glue sticking is fixed;
5.Embossment is clear with no delamination;
6.Machine inspection requirement: speed 0-180/min;
7.Rejected products rate ≤0. 5% (excluding to cut the left-over)
