The bowed roll divide into the adjustment moving bowed roll, multisection adjustment moving bowed roll and  the  shaft for hydraulic deformation controlled bowed roll.

It composed by the arc core shaft,rolling bearing assembly,rubber sleeve,pot head,abutment and regulating wheel.

The bowed roll make the shaft become the arc type in need,between the shaft it has the bearing.above the bearing the rubber cover is a arc type and it can make the roll rotate the shaft.

Bowed roll direction can adjust by the shaft seat hand wheel.when the roll rotating the rubber face can spreading and drawing back.

The basic material connect the concave arc,running to the convex arc leave.

Roll surface only  the central part is parallel to the longitudinal direction of rotation ,but the ends of roll form the angle and rotation.

So it produce the traction and make the basic material flattenting.
